日本とお隣同士の国、韓国。
しかし全く別の文化を持つ、元気な国。
ここ１年で何度も訪れました。
今回は皆さんに、韓国・ソウルの魅力をお伝えしてみようかと思います。
ほんの一部しかご紹介できませんが、
少しでもソウルの雰囲気を味わっていただけたら幸いです。

South Korea is a neighboring country in Japan
and has culture completely different from Japan.
There is also a town which does not sleep for 24 hours.
I visited Seoul repeatedly in one year recently.
I tell you charm of Seoul-South Korea.
Please enjoy the report of Seoul, although only a part can be introduced.

まずは私の大好きな町、仁寺洞～インサドン(인사동)。
ソウルの骨董通りとでも言いましょうか・・・。
鐘路二街の四つ辻から北へ1キロほど続く通りに陶磁器、
韓紙工芸や刺繍など韓国の工芸品店が集まっています。
有名な陶工や画家たちの作ったギャラリーで韓国画や版画なども見られ、
韓国らしさを味わえる通りです。

First of all, I introduce the favorite town named Insadong.
I think this place is a kind of curio.
The stores of the handicraft of South Korea, such as pottery,
a South Korean paper craft and embroidery
have gathered as it continues from the 4 crossings of
a Jongno2-ga station to north as 1km.
In this town, you can see the South Korean drawing, a print, etc
by the gallery which famous potters and painters made.
It is as the ability to taste South Korean-likeness.

仁寺洞でお勧めの食事処は「寺同麺屋～サドンミョノク(사동면옥Ⅰ)」
こちらでは、マンドゥ（餃子）が有名です。
しかし私は、このお店のチヂミが大好き！

A restaurant recommended in Insadong is "SADOMMYONOKU."
This restaurant is very famous for Chinese meat dumpling.
But I like CHIJIMI of this restaurant!

同じ通りに「サムジキル～(쌈지길)」と呼ばれる
２００４年にオープンした総合文化空間があります。

There is synthetic sentence-ized space called "SAMJIGIL"

地下２階、地上４階の建物の中には、雑貨、小物、洋服からカフェ、
食堂まで60近くのセンスある店舗が入っています。
これらのお店は、韓国固有の伝統工芸品を現代的なデザインに
アレンジしたお店が多く、伝統の街・仁寺洞にあって古きを訪ね、
新しきを知ることのできる場所として日本の観光客からはもちろん、
現地の韓国人からも大変人気のスポットです。
特にお勧めなのは、巾着袋。
伝統生地で作られた巾着は、見た目も美しく便利。
私のお気に入りは、ハンボク（韓服）と呼ばれる伝統衣装を作って残った、
はぎれなどを接ぎ合せて作るカラフルな巾着で、
ポジャギを現代風にアレンジしたものだそうです。

In the building with two stories beneath ground level

ソウルへ行くと、必ず立ち寄る場所、
江南エリアの狎鴎亭～アックジョン（압구정）にある
現代百貨店（ヒュンダイ　デパート）。
ここでお土産のお菓子などを買います。
下の写真左が、お気に入りの巾着袋。
右は、一般的なお菓子。

There is a place which I certainly visit to Seoul.
It is a HYUNDAI department store in Apgujeong of the Kang-Nam area. I buy the some sweets as a souvenir.
The lower photograph left is a favorite drawstring bag.
The right is common sweets.

韓国のお土産と言えば、ちょっと珍しいお菓子があります。
「クルタレ」という、宮中菓子（写真下）で、
飴を細く伸ばして、中に胡桃やピーナッツを入れてぐるぐる巻きにしたもの。
ちょっとクセになります。
先ほどご紹介した、仁寺洞で実演販売しています。

If it is called a South Korean souvenir, there are interesting sweets.
It is the Imperial Court confectionery called "KKULTARAE"
A tradition court cake.(Under a photograph)
What lengthened the candy thinly, and put in
wound the walnut and the peanut around inside.
It is delicious and grows into a habit.
Demonstration sale is carried out in Insadong
which the point introduced.

そして狎鴎亭（アックジョン）と言えば、ロデオ通りです。
日本で言うと、原宿・表参道のような場所でしょうか・・・。
お洒落で、ちょっと高級な物が売っていたり、
近くには芸能事務所が多いことから、観光客が絶えません。

And there is a famous place said as a Rodeo-Street in Apgujeon area. When it says in Japan, it is a place like Harajuku
or Omote-sandou in Tokyo.
There are a high-class store puts eaves in a row.
Also that area has many entertainments offices.
So, many tourists are visiting.

このエリア、明洞（ミョンドン）よりかは年齢層が高い気がします（笑）
デザイナーが個人で経営するお店などがたくさんあるので、
個性溢れるオリジナルの商品に出会えます。
そして、芸能人など流行に敏感な人たちが集まってくる高級街として知られています。

I feel that an age group is higher than Myong-dong for this area.
Since there are many stores which a designer manages individually,
it can meet with the original goods with
which it is full of individuality.
And it is known as a high-class town in which people
sensitive to fashion, such as an entertainer.

ドラマ等で有名なカフェもあり、週末の午後はたくさんの人で賑わいます。
この辺りには、現代百貨店の他に、ギャラリア百貨店もあります。

There is also a cafe famous for a drama etc.
and it is crowded with many people in the afternoon of a weekend.
A Gallalia department store is also around here.

ソウル市は、漢江という大きな川を境に江北・江南に分かれています。
どちらも良さがあり、違った楽しみ方が出来るというのが
魅力的だなと思っています。
そして、何度行っても新しい発見があり、
ちょっと３日くらいの旅行には最高です。

Seoul is divided into Kang-Hoku and Kng-Nam
bordering on a big river called Hang-gan.
The ease of both thinks it attractive that it is the method
of the different pleasure can be done.
And even if it visits how many times, there is new discovery
and it is slightly the best for the travel for about three days.

ソウルまでは、羽田から金浦空港までが近くてお勧めです。
個人的にはアシアナ航空が好きですね。
機内食が美味しくて、エコノミーでも足元がゆったりとしています。
アシアナ航空は、スターアライアンスに加盟しているので、
成田第２ターミナルのユナイテット航空ラウンジが利用出来ます。

I think that from Haneda to Kimpo Airport may be near to go to Seoul. And I like Asiana Airlines.
An in-flight meal is delicious and the step is also carrying out
the economy class seat calmly.
Since Asiana Airlines has joined in Star Alliance,
it can use the UNITED aviation lounge of the terminal-2 of Narita.

東京からソウルまで約２時間、
息抜きに是非遊びに行ってみてください。
